Leadership

Mark holds degrees from Fruitland Baptist Bible Institute, Gardner-Webb University, and Luther Rice Seminary.   Mark's passion is to help people realize who they can become through Christ by helping them understand who they are in Christ.  Mark has been married to Crystal Lawing since 1986.  They have two children, two granddaughters and two step grandsons.  His favorite Bible verse is II Corinthians 5:21, "For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ."

Jesse's passion is helping others learn and grow as disciples of Jesus Christ. He has studied at Fruitland Baptist Bible Institute and graduated in 2022 from Reformation Seminary. Jesse is a bi-vocational minister that has worked most of his life in emergency services, public safety, and adult education. He is married to Caitlyn, and they have one son, Everett.  His Favorite Bible Verse is Romans 8:1, "There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. "

Jimmy has been married to Becky Pollard since 1986.  They have two children, four grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.  Their church family is a very important part of their lives.  Jimmy's favorite Bible Verse is Jeremiah 29:11-"For I know the plans I have for you, says the LORD. They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope."

Lynn has been married to Margie Newton since 1971.  Lynn and Margie have two sons, two precious daughters in loves, four grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.  Lynn loves his church and enjoys teaching Sunday School, Directing the Shared Faith Drama Team, and Serving through our Delight My Soul Cafe ministry.  Lynn is an ordained Minister and serves as a Chaplain at Roebuck Fire Department in Roebuck, SC.  His favorite Bible verse is Ephesians 2:8-9-"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast."    

Pam has been married to Robert Burgess since 1990.  They have two children and four grandchildren.  Her favorite Bible Verse is Psalm 119:5-"Oh, that my ways were directed to keep Your statutes!"

Ted has faithfully worked with the children/student ministries at Temple church for over 30 years. Ted is a great teacher of children and always points them to Christ.  He is honored and humbled that God has given him the opportunity to serve Him at Temple Church.
