Gospel Community Fellowship is Temple Church's Foreign Mission Outreach
Our Pastor met Michael Mbogo in 2016 when he came to the United States to study for his master's degree.
When he finished his degree, he felt God calling him back to his hometown in Kenya to plant Gospel Centered Churches, start a Vocational School, a Daycare, and a Bible College.
God has used Michael in a great way over the last 4 years. Today, his first church plant is averaging over 100 every Sunday. He has started an accredited Bible College and has planted an additional 3 church plants in remote areas across Embu County, Kenya. Michael has a wife, Alice, a son, Justice, and two daughters, Grace and Joy.
With unemployment at 70% in Kenya it is difficult at times to make ends meet there.
Michael provides for his family by trusting in God through farming support from his brothers and sisters abroad.
